設計重點
　本案屬於實品屋，設計師採鄉村風加上新古典風格的手法，進行空間改造計劃；設計師李幹才十分重視顏色、質感、花紋。鄉村風格主要利用自然元素來呈現，常見的元素包括泥土、樹、鳥籠、水、
貓、狗等，依空間本身的條件而略有差異。
　玄關利用一道拱型山型牆，作出家的三角形意象。客廳主牆設計一個壁爐，靠窗轉角處則有兩層壁嵌，沿著整排透明玻璃窗作出一條長板凳；地枰材質為磨石子，天氣炎熱時，可躺在地面休息。設計師保留原有陽台女兒牆的鋁框構，將中間的花格鋁條拆除，再安裝10mm透明強化玻璃，讓視野無礙，人可趴在欄杆上欣賞景致。天花板安裝杉木大樑呈直條或山型。起居室擺設一張訂作的電視櫃及三人座沙發，可在此觀賞影片。

Design Concept
The project is a model house. The designer incorporated a bit of country look into a neoclassic design in the space reconstruction plan.
Designer Lee Kan-Tsai puts a lot of weight on color,texture and pattern.
The country look is created through the use of natural elements, the common countryside elements; such as soil, tree, bird cages, wate, cats, dogs, etc. Variations are adjusted according to the conditions of the space.
An arched wall bearing the silhouette of a mountain stands at the entrance foyer to form a triangular nook. A wall fireplace dominates
the main wall of the living room; a two layer niche occupies the nook near the window. A window seat extends below the transparent glass window;moreover,the floor was laid with terrazzo.On days of scorching heat, one could lie on the floor for a break. The designer reserved the aluminum frame on the parapet wall of the veranda. The central aluminum grilles were removed and in its place, 10-mm transparent tempered glass was installed to keep outside view unobstructed. One could bend over the railing for a wider view of the scenery. Fir beams were installed on the ceiling to create straight lines or arches. Art students were commissioned to design a tree on the main wall of the dining room.

空間設計呈現鄉村與新古典混搭風格。
The designer incorporated a bit of country look into a neoclassic design in the space reconstruction plan.

　餐廳的主牆，請美術系學生在現場創作一棵樹，樹幹沿著牆緣；擺設一張訂作的中島型餐桌，特地到三峽木材廠挑選木材，再依木材的不同大小而分別作成餐桌板、板凳、大小茶几、床頭櫃、床頭板等。在家具方面，先到市面上的家具店挑選，是否有適合可直接買來用的家具；如果找不到，再到配合的家具工廠訂作。公共區域地面全部鋪設陶瓷磁磚。
　主臥房，擺放一張訂作的四柱床，一側放置一張購買現場的書桌與書架，另一側推開四片雙開木門則為陽台；主臥牆面貼金黃色重疊式葉子花紋壁紙。由於建築本身有一整面牆呈斜面，較難運用，設計者將其規劃為服務性空間，分別是主臥更衣間、衛浴間、及次臥衛浴間。
　本案經過設計以後，整體室內空間散發一股自然的氛圍，讓室內達到充分與室外相融的效果。

Art students were commissioned to design a tree on the main wall of the dining room. The tree trunk line follows the line of the edge of the wall, and a custom-made island style dining table is pushed to the wall. The table was made from carefully selected lumber at the Sanxia Timber Mill. The selected lumber became the materials for the dining table top, stools, coffee tables, headboards, and bedside tables. As for the furniture, a survey of ready-made furniture in the market was made to find suitable pieces for the house; otherwise, pieces have to be custom-made. Ceramic tiles are used as flooring for the entire public space.

A four-poster bed dominates the master bedroom. A bookshelf and writing desk stand on one side of the bed, and on the other side, a four-panel sliding door opens to the veranda. The master bedroom wall is adorned with printed wall paper with intricate overlapping golden yellow leaves. Since the basic structure of the room has one inclined wall, it was difficule to find a purpose for it. The designer turned it into a utility corner; that is, the area for the dressing room, bathroom, and bathroom of the next room.

The new look gives the interior an atmosphere of natural charm, creating an effect blending indoor space with the outdoors.

室內設計裝修審查
本案為舊空間室內裝修，申請可分為兩部分：
一、室內裝修圖說審查的部份，由具審查資格之建
　　築師審圖，審圖核可，即可進行施工。
二、涉及消房安全設備的部份，相關單位會在施工
　　期間進行抽檢，第一次不合格項目開單，但不
　　會開罰，第二次抽查時，如仍有不合格之處，
　　則會開單並罰鍰。在竣工查驗合格後，檢送相
　　關圖說文件，向都市發展局申請核發「建築物
　　室內裝修合格證明」。

Interior Design & Decoration Inspection
The project is a renovation of an old building space; hence the application process was divided into two procedures.

Assessment of the interior design drawings, which was submitted to the assessment of a qualified licensed architect. Decoration work commenced after drawings passed the assessment.

Assessment of the fire equipment was subject to the random inspection of the competent authorities during the decoration work period. Lf non-compliances are noted in the first random inspection, the inspector will issue a warning order without imposing any fines; however, if non-compliances are still noted in the second random inspection, a penalty fine shall be imposed. After the project has passed the work completion inspection, related drawings and documents shall be submitted to the Urban Development Bureau together with an application for an :Interior Design & Decoration Approval Certificate".
